What we collect, why we need it, and how your reference photographs are kept private.

What we collect
We collect only what an order needs: your name, phone number, email, city, wedding date, budget range, design references you upload, and, if you use the savings plan, your instalment records and payment references.
How we use it
We use your details to quote, make and deliver your jewellery, to answer you on WhatsApp or email, and to maintain your savings plan records. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except couriers, hallmarking and certification labs, and payment processing where it is necessary to complete your order.
Your reference images
Design references you upload are stored privately and used only to quote and make your piece. We never publish a client photograph or a private reference image without written permission.
Retention and your rights
Order and financial records are retained as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. You may ask us to correct your details, or to delete anything we are not legally required to keep, by writing to us from your registered email address.
Security
Client accounts are protected by password, and admin access additionally requires an authenticator code. Uploaded files are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived secure links.
