You see the estimate in parts: metal weight at the day's rate, stone value, making charge and GST. Karat, silver alloy and stone grade are adjusted openly until the number sits right.

We explain, in writing, what handwork means: slight asymmetry in stone layout, variation in enamel tone, and a small difference between estimated and finished weight. The per-gram rate never changes.

The advance books the bench and buys metal and stones at today's rate. Your rate is locked from this point. Bank transfer or UPI; a receipt with the locked rate is issued the same day.

Framing, kundan setting stone by stone, meena work on the reverse, then polish and stringing. You receive progress photographs at each of these stages.

Each stage is checked before the next begins — frame strength, stone seating, enamel firing, clasp and hook function. Nothing moves forward on a piece that has not passed.

BIS hallmarking on gold, 925 stamping on sterling silver, and an independent lab report for diamonds and polki. Final weight slip prepared with gross, net and stone weight shown separately.

Collect at the studio or receive an insured dispatch. The 20% balance is settled at handover, billed on actual if the finished weight or specification differs from the estimate.
